Digital Products Overview
Digital products let you share your expertise and earn income directly on SuperProfile. From courses to guides or templates, they act as your personal online shop where customers can instantly access your content. This guide shows you how to create, publish, and manage your first product.
Note: Digital Products are a paid feature. To start selling on SuperProfile, you’ll need to be on the Creator Plan (paid).
Finding the Digital Products Section
Open your dashboard and look for the Digital Products tab in the left-hand sidebar.
(P.S. If you don’t see it, scroll down, click Explore all tabs, and toggle on Digital Products.)
Dashboard Overview
Before we start, here are some of the terms you’ll see on your Digital Products page:
Total Sales – The total number of products sold.
Total Revenue – The total income earned (refunds not included).
Conversion Rate – The percentage of visitors who purchased, showing how well your product page converts.
You’ll also notice product statuses (clicking on each tab will show you Products under each category):
Published – Live and ready for customers to purchase.
Unpublished – Complete but not live yet.
Draft – Products that are only visible to you while you’re still editing.
Creating Your First Digital Product
From the Digital Products tab, click Create New Product on the top right corner of the screen.
Upon clicking, you’ll be asked: “What do you want to sell?”
Here, you can choose between:
Digital Products – Best for a single item such as a PDF guide, video, or course.
List Multiple Products – Ideal if you want a storefront where customers can browse and purchase several items.
The sections below explain each option in detail.
Option 1: Selling a Single Digital Product
Now that you've chosen which type of product you'd like to make, we'll now be diving into how to make a Single Digital Product.
Note: On the right side of the screen, you’ll see a live preview of how your Digital Product's Payment page will look to your audience. Use the toggle buttons above the preview to switch between desktop view and mobile view.
Step 1: Set Up Your Payment Page
This is your product’s storefront: the page buyers see before purchasing.
Title – Give it a clear, appealing name.
Cover Image/Video – Upload or link visuals (recommended 1280×720 px, under 10 MB).
Description – Highlight what the product offers, its benefits, and why it’s valuable.
CTA Button – Customize the button text (e.g., Download Instantly, Get Access Now).
Use the preview on the right to check how the page looks, then click Save and Continue.
⚡ Pro Tip: Keep your title benefit-driven. Instead of “E-book on Fitness,” try “30-Day Fitness Reset: Simple Routines for Lasting Energy.”
Step 2: Add Content and Pricing
Upload the files you’re selling and decide how to price them.
Upload Files – Drag and drop your files or add links. Total limit: 100 MB.
Pricing Options:
Fixed Price – Set one price, with an optional discount.
Customers Decide Price – Let buyers choose, with a minimum and suggested amount.
Payment Advanced Settings:
Under Payments → Advanced Settings, you’ll see an option called Purchasing Power Parity (PPP).
This feature allows you to set different prices for your event depending on the buyer’s country. By default, SuperProfile automatically suggests prices based on the Purchase Power Parity of each region (how much people can typically afford to pay in their country).
For example:
Americas – $5
India – $1.67
Asia – $2.5
Africa – $2.5
Europe – $5
Australia – $5
You can always edit these suggested prices to match your own pricing strategy.
Limit Quantity (optional) – Cap sales to create urgency or exclusivity.
⚡ Pro Tip: If you’re not sure what price to set, start with a pay-what-you-want model. It can help you gauge how much your audience is willing to pay.
Step 3: Advanced Settings
Customize the buying experience and add sales features.
Theme and Styling
Choose the look of your page. A clean, branded design makes your product feel professional.
Checkout Experience
Decide whether the payment happens on the same page or a separate page. A same-page checkout keeps things simple, while a redirect gives you more space for upsells or extra information. You can also enable OTP verification to reduce fake sign-ups.
Customer Information
Add fields if you want to collect details like phone numbers or custom responses. This can double as a lead form.
Boost Sales Tools
Bump Offer – Add a smaller, related product at checkout. For example, if your main product is a course, offer a workbook as an add-on.
Automated Emails – Set up thank-you notes or reminders for abandoned carts.
Discount Coupons – Create codes with expiry dates to drive urgency and reward buyers.
Policies and Page URL
Add terms, refund policies, or privacy information to build trust. You can customize your page URL so it looks clean and professional when shared.
Post-Purchase Behavior
Choose what happens after payment. You can edit the thank you message (under 160 characters) your customers will see post-checkout.
Tracking and Analytics
Connect Meta Pixel or Google Analytics to see where your buyers come from and track performance.
⚡Pro Tip: Use a bump offer for something low-cost and complementary. For example, if your main product is a video course, offer a workbook or template as an add-on.
When everything is set, click Publish to go live.
Option 2: Listing Multiple Products
If you want to sell a range of items, create a multi-product storefront.
Step 1: Set Up Your Storefront Page
Title – Name your shop (e.g., Creator Tools Hub).
Category – Choose from the dropdown (e.g., Education, Business).
Cover Image/Video – Add a horizontal banner (1280×720 px, 72 DPI recommended).
Description – Add some text to let your customers know what they find in your store.
⚡Pro Tip: Use your cover image like a storefront banner. Keep it simple, bold, and consistent with your brand.
Step 2: Configure Checkout and Products
This stage is where your storefront starts taking shape. Think of it as stocking your shop shelves and deciding how people will buy from you.
1. What’s this payment page for?
Here, you decide the purpose of your payment page. Essentially, what you’re offering. You’ll see options like:
Single or multiple digital files – Perfect for e-books, templates, or guides. Upload your files (images, videos, PDFs, etc.) so customers can download them instantly after purchase.
Hidden message – If you want buyers to see a special code, link, or instructions only after they pay, type it here. Example: “Use this code to join our private community.”
2. Product/Service Details
Each product you add needs some basic information so buyers know what they’re purchasing:
Cover Image – Add a professional-looking image. A clean cover builds trust. (Recommended size: 1280px × 720px, 72 DPI).
Title – Keep it short and clear. Instead of “Toolkit for Content Creators to Help with Everything You Might Need,” simply write “Content Creator Toolkit.”
Description (Optional) – Use this space to explain what’s inside. Think of it like the back cover of a book (short, clear, and engaging).
Pricing Options
You’re not just setting a number; you’re positioning your product.Fixed price works for clear, high-value offers.
Price per quantity is useful if you sell units (like credits or design packs).
Customers decide creates a pay-what-you-can model, good for building community goodwill.
Free is ideal for lead magnets to grow your audience.
Stock Settings
Unlimited stock works for digital resources, but setting a cap can create urgency. Example: “First 50 buyers also get a bonus template.”Adding More Products
The power of a storefront is cross-selling. Include complementary products side by side (buyers browsing one are more likely to grab another).CTA Button
This is your final push. Use language that matches intent: “Enroll Now” for courses, “Download Instantly” for guides.
Discounts
Offer your users a discount for exclusivity and to better customer relations.User Details
Collect essentials like email or phone. After Payment
Decide what happens next: thank-you message, redirect to your community, or upsell another product. This is your chance to keep the relationship going beyond the sale.
⚡ Pro Tip: Place your highest-value or most popular product first in the list. Most buyers stop scrolling after the first two items.
Step 3: Fine-Tune Settings
Now you refine how your storefront feels and how it fits into your bigger strategy.
Page Expiry
Use this for timed launches or seasonal bundles. Knowing something disappears after a set date can double conversion rates.Terms and Conditions
Adding clear refund or usage rules reduces confusion and builds credibility. Customers feel safer buying from someone transparent.Colors and Theme
Keep it visually consistent with your brand.Deactivate Sales
Think of this as a pause button. Handy when you’re updating files or temporarily stopping a program without deleting it.Tracking
Connect Meta Pixel or Google Analytics if you plan to run ads or track where buyers are coming from. This data shows which of your marketing efforts actually work.
⚡ Pro Tip: Limited-time sales (with page expiry) create urgency and can boost conversions.
When finished, click Publish Product in the top-right corner.
Post Product Creation : Managing Your Products
After publishing, your products will appear in the Digital Products dashboard. This is where you understand how they’re performing and decide what to do next.
Key Metrics
Price
The price you’ve set (or starting price if it’s variable). This helps you keep track of whether products are aligned with your positioning. If one item feels underpriced compared to others, you’ll spot it here.Sales
The number of units sold. This shows you what your audience is actually buying. A product with high sales but lower price may still outperform a more expensive one in terms of reach and engagement.Revenue
Your total earnings from each product, excluding refunds. Revenue is often the best indicator of what’s worth promoting more. If two products sell the same volume but one generates double the revenue, that’s the one to spotlight.Payments
Whether payments are enabled for the product. If you see “Disabled,” it usually means you haven’t connected your payout details or upgraded to the Creator Plan. Without this, you won’t be able to receive money even if people want to buy.
⚡ Pro Tip: Don’t just look at sales in isolation. Compare sales and revenue together (sometimes fewer sales at a higher price can generate more overall income).
Quick Actions
🌐 Globe Icon – Add the product to your online store.
🔗 Share Icon – Share your product link instantly.
📋 Copy Icon – Copy the product link to your clipboard.
Tweaking Existing Products
From your Digital Products dashboard, each product has a quick action menu (the three vertical dots on the right). These options let you make changes without recreating or starting over:
Edit – Update the product title, description, price, or files if something needs tweaking.
Open Link – View the live version of your product page as your customers would see it.
Duplicate – Create a copy of an existing product. Useful if you want to run variations (e.g., different prices or bundles) without building from scratch.
Disable Payments – Temporarily stop receiving new purchases while keeping the product page visible. Handy for pausing sales during updates.
Unpublish – Take the product offline. Customers won’t see it, but you can bring it back anytime.
Delete Permanently – Remove the product entirely. Only use this if you’re certain you won’t need it again.
Managing Multiple Products
If you’re selling more than one product, use the dashboard to stay organized:
Search – Quickly find products by name.
Filter – Focus on top performers by sorting by sales or revenue.
Sort – Reorder products by creation date, price, or sales volume.
Export Data – Export sales and revenue data as a CSV (sent to your email).
Layout Buttons – Choose whichever view you'd like to see your products in
👉 Think of your dashboard as your control center. It helps you decide which products to promote, discount, or update next.
⚡ Pro Tip: Use filters to spot your best-selling products. Double down on promoting them, or create bundles with slower sellers to boost overall revenue.
That’s your complete guide to getting started with digital products on SuperProfile. With these tools and strategies, you can set up your first product, track performance, and steadily grow your online income. 🚀
