Understanding Telegram Dashboard Insights

Your Telegram dashboard on SuperProfile offers powerful insights to help you track performance, understand your audience, and improve your subscription strategy.

This guide breaks down each metric so you can confidently make data-driven decisions.

Where to Find Insights

  1. Go to your Telegram dashboard by clicking on the listing bar.

  2. Click on the “Insights” tab in the left sidebar.

Customising Your View

At the top of the Insights page, you can:

  • Select a date range (e.g. “Last 7 Days”)

  • Filter by specific plans or view All Plans

Key Metrics Explained

Total Subscriptions Sold

Displays the total number of subscriptions sold (new + renewals) during the selected period.

Total Sales

Shows the total revenue from all subscriptions within the chosen timeframe.


New Subscriptions

Tracks first-time subscribers who joined during the selected period.

Renewals

Indicates how many existing subscribers renewed their plan.

Conversion Rate

Represents the percentage of subscription page visitors who completed a purchase. This helps assess your page’s effectiveness.

Top Referrers

Identifies the top traffic sources (social media, direct links, campaigns) bringing in subscribers.

Location Analysis

Breaks down subscriber geography, showing where your traffic is coming from.

Device Type

Reveals whether your audience visits from mobile, desktop, or tablet—important for optimising landing pages.
