Updated over 2 months ago

Effectively managing members is essential to keep your Telegram community organised and thriving. SuperProfile’s Telegram member management tools let you view active and inactive members, manage subscriptions, and perform key actions, all from a single dashboard.

1. Access the Telegram Listings Page

From your SuperProfile dashboard, click on Telegram under the Your Apps section. You’ll see a list of all your Telegram communities.

2. Select a Community

Click on the name of the community you want to manage. This opens the specific dashboard for that group.

3. Open the Members Tab

In the left-hand menu, click Members.
You’ll see two key sections:

  • Active Members – Users with valid subscriptions

  • Inactive Members – Users whose subscriptions have expired

4. View Member Details

In the Active tab, you can view:

  • Member Info – Email and phone number

  • Active Plan – Current subscription plan

  • Activation & Expiry Dates – Start and end dates

  • Validity – Duration of the plan

5. Take Member Actions

Next to each member, click the arrow icon to:

  • Extend a subscription

  • Send a reminder

  • Manage payment info

6. Search and Filter

Use the search bar to find members by name or email.
You can also filter by date range (e.g., Last 30 days, Last 90 days) to narrow down the list.

7. Add Members Manually

Click the + Add New Member button at the top right.
Enter the member’s email, select a subscription plan, set validity, and save.

8. Export Member List

Click Export to download the member list as a CSV for offline records or analysis.

9. Share Your Community

Use the Share Channel section to copy or distribute the community’s invite link via WhatsApp, Facebook, or a direct URL.

✅ You’re All Set

With SuperProfile, managing your Telegram community is efficient and hassle-free. Use the dashboard to stay in control, automate renewals, and keep your community engaged.
