I Connected the Wrong Stripe Account! What Do I Do Now?

Connecting the right Stripe account is crucial for receiving payments correctly on SuperProfile. If you’ve linked the wrong one, don’t worry, fixing it is quick and easy.

Here’s how to disconnect the incorrect Stripe account and connect the correct one:

1. Log in to Your SuperProfile Dashboard
Sign in to your SuperProfile account and click on the Settings tab in the left sidebar.

2. Go to Account Settings
Under the Settings menu, click on Account Settings, then select the Payments tab. This section shows all your active payment methods, including your connected Stripe account.

3. Locate and Disconnect the Wrong Stripe Account
Find the connected Stripe account in the list. Click the three dots (•••) next to it and select View Details.

In the details view, you’ll see the option to Disconnect Stripe Account. Click on it to remove the account. You may be asked to confirm the action or complete a quick verification step.

4. Reconnect the Correct Stripe Account
Once the wrong account is disconnected, you can go ahead and connect the correct Stripe account from the same Payments tab.
