This article explains what each plan includes, what the free trial gives you, how to upgrade or downgrade, and answers common billing and payment questions.
What Plans Are Available?
SuperProfile currently has three tiers:

Starter (Free Plan)
SuperProfile offers a Starter plan that is completely free, forever. The Starter plan gives you access to essential tools:
A professional link-in-bio store
Auto-DM for posts and reels (with unlimited contacts)
Up to 100 leads per month through Lead Magnets
Unlimited short links and in-app links through SuperLinks
This means you can start building your audience and email list right away without paying anything upfront. Many creators use Starter to get familiar with the platform before deciding whether to upgrade.
Creator Plan ($29/month)
The Creator Plan unlocks the full potential of SuperProfile:
Unlimited Auto-DM across posts, stories, and Instagram Lives
Advance Auto-DM workflows such as Follow check, Email check and Follow-Up Messages
Unlimited leads through Lead Magnets
Unlimited monetization products (sell digital products, courses, coaching, events with no caps)
Priority support
If you are actively growing an audience or want to sell products without restrictions, this plan is the right fit.
Pro Plan (Custom Pricing)
The Pro Plan is designed for creators and businesses that want personal, hands-on support. This plan is customized and priced individually, depending on your needs.

Is There a Free Trial?
Yes. The Creator Plan includes a 7-day free trial. During the trial you can use all features of the Creator plan without limits. You do need to connect your credit card to start the trial. If you don’t cancel before it ends, your account automatically moves to the Creator Plan and billing begins.
Should You Upgrade from the Free Plan?
The free Starter plan is a great way to experiment with SuperProfile and understand how it works. But if you’re serious about growing and monetizing, the Creator Plan is the natural next step. Upgrading unlocks:
The ability to sell products (digital downloads, courses, events, memberships).
Advanced Auto-DM features like follow check, email capture, follow-up messages, and automations for stories and Instagram Lives.
Unlimited leads through Lead Magnets.
Access to priority support.
Many creators start on Starter to get comfortable, then upgrade once they’re ready to earn from their audience and scale.

How to Upgrade or Downgrade
Upgrading to Creator
Log in to your SuperProfile dashboard.
Click your profile in the bottom-left corner → go to Billing.
Select Upgrade to Creator Plan.
Enter your payment details and confirm (You can choose to opt for the monthly plan - $29/month, or the yearly plan - $300/year).
Your account upgrades instantly and you can start using all Creator features.
Downgrading to Starter
You can downgrade from Creator or Pro back to Starter anytime:
Go to Settings → Billing and click on "Cancel plan".
You'll be prompted to answer a few feedback questions to help us improve SuperProfile. After you answer these, your subscription will be cancelled.
Your store, audience, and products remain intact. However, all your products will go to "unpublished" state.
Starter limits (like 100 leads/month) will apply immediately.
Any advanced automations will pause.
How to Download Your Past Invoices on SuperProfile
Need a copy of your previous invoices for tracking expenses or bookkeeping? Here's how to easily download or email your past SuperProfile invoices:
Log in to your SuperProfile dashboard.
Click on Settings from the sidebar.
Navigate to Account Settings.
4. Go to the Billing tab
5. Under Billing History, click the Download button to save a copy of the invoice.
6. Alternatively, click Email Invoice to have it sent to your registered email address.

Is SuperProfile Free?
SuperProfile offers a Starter plan that is completely free, forever. The Starter plan gives you access to essential tools like Auto-DM for posts/reels, SuperProfile link-in-bio page, 100 leads/month through Lead Magnets etc. Many creators use Starter to get familiar with the platform before deciding whether to upgrade.
When will you be charged after upgrading?
You are charged immediately when you upgrade. Billing then recurs monthly on the same date. If you are on a free trial, charges only begin after the 7th day, unless canceled earlier.
What payment methods are supported for upgrading to the Creator plan?
You will have to connect your credit card in order to upgrade to Creator or Pro plan.
Can you downgrade at any time?
Yes, you can switch back to Starter whenever you like.
Are payments refundable?
No, payments are non-refundable. If you encounter billing issues, contact support for help.
Where can you view invoices and billing history?
Go to Settings → Billing → Billing history to download your invoices anytime.
