What is the Bookings Feature?
The Bookings feature in SuperProfile allows you to offer 1-on-1 sessions directly through your profile. You can set up coaching calls, consulting sessions, AMAs, or any type of 1-on-1 service.
Instead of stitching together tools like Calendly, Zoom, and a payment gateway, Bookings combines everything in one place: scheduling, payment, reminders, and customer management.
This makes it ideal for creators, coaches, and consultants who want to:
Offer discovery calls or paid consultations.
Automate scheduling without back-and-forth messages.
Get paid upfront and avoid no-shows.
Manage sessions and customer data inside the same dashboard they already use for products and audience.
Setting Up Bookings for the First Time

If you don't see the "Bookings" button, click on the "Explore all apps" button on the navigation bar and turn on the "Offer 1-on-1 Session" toggle.

SuperProfile suggests a few default sessions (like Discovery Call, Ask Me Anything, Personal Coaching) to help you get started quickly. You can keep them, edit them, or delete them.
Understanding the Bookings Dashboard
When you open the Bookings app, the dashboard is divided into four main spaces:
1. Tabs at the Top

Amount Earned: Revenue generated from paid bookings.
Total Views: How many people have viewed your booking page.

4. Sharing Widget (Bottom Right)

Share directly across platforms (socials, email, etc.) so customers can book instantly.
You can even generate an embed link to embed your bookings page in your website.
Creating or Editing a Session
You can create new sessions or edit existing ones directly from the Sessions tab.
To create a new type of session, go to Sessions tab and click on "New session".
To edit an existing session, just click on the three next to its name and choose "Edit".
This opens the Session Setup window, where you can configure your session in detail. The setup is organized into three tabs:
Details → Configure how your booking page looks and what information is shown to customers.
Rules → Define the booking rules, such as buffer times, notice periods, and slot intervals.
Settings → Manage additional preferences like reminders and notifications.
Let’s go through each tab one by one.
Details Tab: Configuring Your Session
The Details tab is where you set up everything that customers will see on your booking page. Each field helps you define how your session looks and works.

The name of your session (e.g., Discovery Call, Coaching Session).
Keep it short, clear, and descriptive.
You can also add an emoji to make it stand out.
Duration
Choose how long the session will last (in minutes).
Typical examples: 15 minutes for intro calls, 30–60 minutes for coaching.

Helps make your page more engaging.

A quick one-liner about your session (max 120 characters).
Appears right below the title to give customers a snapshot.

Use formatting tools (bold, lists, links) to structure it clearly.

Customers will be able to book recurring slots.

Rules Tab: Defining Time and Booking Logic
The Rules tab lets you control how and when people can book your session. This is where you fine-tune availability beyond just your general schedule.
Here’s what each option means:
Buffer Times
Add extra time before or after each session.
Useful if you need a break between calls or prep time.
Example: 15 min buffer → If someone books at 10:00–10:30, the next slot won’t be available until 10:45.
Minimum Notice Period
How much advance notice you require before someone can book.
Prevents last-minute bookings.
Example: If set to 12 hours, someone can’t book a 10 AM slot at 9 AM the same day.
Time Slot Intervals
Defines the gap between available time slots.
Example: If set to 30 min, sessions will be bookable at 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, etc.
Booking Period
Determines how far into the future people can book your sessions.
Example: If set to 30 days, customers can only book within the next month.
Session Category
Organize your sessions into categories (e.g., 1-on-1 Session, Group Coaching).
Categories appear on your public booking page to help customers find the right session.
💡 Tip: Use these rules to design a stress-free schedule. Avoid back-to-back overload, control last-minute rush, and keep bookings organized.
Settings Tab: Additional Options
The Settings tab gives you additional options to control how your sessions work behind the scenes. Here you can manage what information you collect, what messages attendees see, and even set up advanced options like automated emails or analytics tracking.
Registration Questions
By default, SuperProfile collects name, email, and phone number from customers.
You can add extra custom questions (e.g., “What’s the main thing you need help with?”) to get more context before the session.
Session Settings
Terms and Conditions: Add specific policies (like cancellation or refund rules) that customers must agree to.
Thank You Note: Leave a personalized note that customers will see after booking.
Post-Booking Video: Share an exclusive video automatically after booking. Useful for welcome videos or pre-session instructions.
Boost Sales
Automated Emails → Set up email sequences that trigger on certain actions:
When someone books a session (confirmation + nurturing emails).
When someone abandons checkout (reminders to complete the booking).
You can customize subject lines, preview text, and email content directly inside SuperProfile.
Tracking
Meta Pixel → Connect your Meta Business account to run re-marketing ads for people who visited but didn’t book.
Google Analytics → Add your GA Tracking ID to monitor visitor behavior and conversion data inside your GA dashboard.
💡 Together, these options help you not just run your bookings smoothly, but also improve sales and customer experience.

Here’s how your customers experience the booking process:
