How to Add or Update Your Support Contact Details on SuperProfile

Your support email is how customers reach you with questions, issues, or feedback. Keeping it updated ensures smooth communication and trust with your audience.

🛠️ Here’s how to update it:

  1. Log in to SuperProfile

  2. Click on the Settings tab

  3. Go to Account Settings

  4. Click on the Profile section

  5. Scroll to the Support Channels section

  6. Enter or update your Support Email

  7. Click Save Changes

That’s it, your updated support email will now appear to customers wherever your support info is displayed.
