Log in to SuperProfile
Click on the Settings tab
Go to Account Settings
Click on the Profile section
Scroll to the Support Channels section
Enter or update your Support Email
Click Save Changes
That’s it, your updated support email will now appear to customers wherever your support info is displayed.
