How Can Your Customers Reach Out to You?

Customers can easily contact you using the support details (email or phone number) you’ve provided on your SuperProfile store or product page.

How It Works:

  1. Go to the Page Where They Purchased the Product
    This could be your product page or creator store.

  2. Click on the “Sign In” Button (Top Right)
    Once signed in using their email or phone number, their contact details will be visible to them under the purchase.

  3. Reach Out via the Contact Info You’ve Set
    If you've listed an email or phone number under Support Channels, customers will see it and can contact you directly.

Tip: Make sure your support email or number is added and kept up to date in your SuperProfile settings under:
Settings → Account Settings → Profile → Support Channels.
