How to View All Your Transactions on SuperProfile

Stay on top of your sales by viewing and managing all your transactions in one place. Whether you're tracking income or auditing customer activity, SuperProfile makes it easy to access and analyse your transaction history.

Step 1: Go to the Payments Tab

  • Open your SuperProfile dashboard.

  • Click on the Payments tab.

This section displays a full list of your transactions, including date, customer details, product or service sold, transaction amount and status, etc.

Step 2: Use Search & Filters

  • Use the Search bar to quickly locate a specific transaction by keyword (e.g. customer name, product).

  • Apply filters to narrow down transactions by:

    • Date range

    • Amount

    • Status (e.g. successful, pending, failed)

    • Transaction source (page or app)

Step 3: Sort Your Transactions

Click the Sort button to organise your transactions by:

  • Newest to oldest

  • Highest to lowest amount (and vice versa)

Step 4: Export Transaction Data

For detailed records:

  • Click the Export button.

  • Choose your preferred file format (e.g. CSV).

  • Download a full report of your transactions.

You now have full control over your transaction records on SuperProfile. Regularly reviewing this data helps you stay organised, spot trends, and grow smarter.
