Managing your event attendees and sending guest invitations is essential for a smooth and successful event. SuperProfile’s Events Dashboard makes this easy through the Attendees tab. Follow these steps to track your attendees and invite more guests effortlessly.
1. Access Your Event
From your SuperProfile dashboard, go to the Events section.
Find the event you want to manage.
2. Open the Event Editor
Click the three-dot menu (•••) next to the event name and select Edit.
3. View Attendees
In the event editor, go to the Attendees tab.
You’ll see attendees listed under two categories:
Invited – Guests you've invited
Confirmed – Guests who’ve registered
4. Invite New Guests
To send invitations:
Click the Invite button on the right side of the Attendees tab
A side panel will open where you can:
Enter email addresses manually
Paste from Google Sheets or Excel
Add a personalised message (optional)
Click Send Invites to send immediately, or Send Preview to review the message first.
