AutoDM lets you instantly reply to Instagram DMs, comment, story replies, etc., with smart automations, perfect for lead capture, engagement, and driving action.
Step 1: Enable the AutoDM App
Go to the side sheet and click Explore All Apps.
Find AutoDM and click Enable if it's not already active.
Click AutoDM from the side sheet to launch it.
Watch the short walkthrough video to get the basics.
Click Connect Instagram to start the setup.
Step 2: Connect Your Instagram Account
Depending on your browser state:
✅ If you're already logged in to Instagram:
A pop-up opens in a new tab asking for permission. Click Allow, and you're connected.🔐 If you’re not logged in:
You'll be prompted to sign in first. Enter your credentials, then click Allow Access to complete the connection.

⚠️ Important
Make sure your Instagram account is set to Business. Private/personal accounts are not eligible for Instagram automations.
Step 3: Create AutoDM Automations
Once connected:
Go to the Automations tab inside AutoDM.
Click Create Automation (top-right corner).
Choose from a set of automation types, like automations on DMs, post/reel comments, story replies, and more.
Set your message logic, customise replies, and hit Save.
