Where to Find Your Online Store
From your dashboard, look at the left-hand sidebar and click on Store. This takes you directly into your Online Store setup and management area.
From your dashboard, click Store in the left sidebar.
You’ll see a welcome screen explaining what the Store does (showcase, collect leads, monetize).
Click Set up to begin.
1. Brand Your Store
The setup flow walks you through three quick steps to set up your Online Store. To get started, simply :
Step 1: Identity
Enter your Display Name (the name visitors will see).
Write a short Bio to introduce yourself or your work.
Review the live preview on the right.
Click Next to continue.
Step 2: Add Your Socials
Paste your handles/links for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
Note: You cannot proceed from this stage without adding your Instagram Handle
These show as clickable icons on your Store.
Click Next once you’re done.
Step 3: First Content
Choose what to add first (you can add more later):
Add a Link – direct visitors to any website, video, or resource.
Lead Magnet or Giveaway – collect emails via forms or free offers.
Create and Sell – set up digital products, courses, events, 1-on-1 sessions, or memberships.
Click the option, complete the mini-form, then Save. If you’re not ready yet, click Skip for now.
2. Build Out Your Store
Once the initial setup is done, you’ll land on your Store workspace.
Use + Add Content to add more links, products, or lead magnets.
Use Add a Header to give your Store a visual introduction.
Your public link is displayed at the top (e.g., superprofile.bio/yourname). Click Share to copy it.
⚠️ Changing your username will also change your Store URL. Only do this if absolutely necessary, since old links will break.
3. Customize Your Store (Appearance Tab)
Click Appearance at the top of your Store (2nd tab) to customize themes, fonts, and styles with a live preview.
What you can customize:
Theme & Styles – Choose from different themes to decide the overall layout and vibe of your store.
Font – Select from the available font options to make your text more aligned with your brand style.
Live Preview – Every change you make is instantly reflected in the preview so you can see exactly how your store will look to visitors.
This section is especially useful for creators and businesses who want their store to reflect their unique identity and stand out.
4. Track Performance (Analytics Tab)
Click Analytics at the top of your Store (3rd tab) to monitor results.
Activity cards: Visits, Clicks, CTR (click-through rate), and Time to click.
Top Locations: See where your visitors are coming from (country/city).
Top Performing Links/Blocks: Check which links or content get the most engagement.
Referrers: Learn whether traffic is from Instagram, Twitter, or organic sources.
Devices: See if visitors use mobile, desktop, or tablet.
👉 Use this data to decide what to highlight, reorder, or promote.
5. Fine-Tune Your Store (Settings Tab)
Head to the Settings tab to customize and optimize:
Brand Color – match your Store to your branding.
SEO (Custom Meta) – add a Meta Title and Meta Description for search previews.
Column Layout - Choose between a single column and double column view for users on their Desktops
Sensitive Content Warning – enable an age or content gate (18+, 21+, 25+, or general).
Analytics Integrations – add your Meta Pixel ID or Google Analytics ID to track conversions.
Certificates & Licenses – upload credentials to build trust.
Referral Link (Pro) – control or hide the SuperProfile footer link.
