Overview
Trackier is an affiliate marketing platform that allows brands to run cost-per-sale (CPS) and other performance-based campaigns. By connecting Trackier to SuperProfile, you can add your assigned Trackier campaign links directly inside your AutoDM automations — turning every Instagram interaction into a monetisation opportunity.
Once connected, you will be able to:
Insert Trackier campaign links as buttons inside any AutoDM message
Trigger automations from Post comments, Reel comments, Story replies, Live comments, or DMs
Before You Begin
Make sure you have the following ready:
An active SuperProfile account with AutoDM enabled
A Trackier publisher account with at least one campaign assigned to you
Your Trackier Publisher API Key (see Step 1 below)
Part 1: Integrate Your Trackier Account
Step 1 — Go to Account Settings → Integrations In your SuperProfile dashboard, click your profile name at the bottom-left corner, then select Account Settings. Navigate to the Integrations tab.
Step 2 — Find Trackier under Affiliate Integrations Scroll down to the Affiliate Integrations section. You will see Trackier listed alongside CJ Affiliate. Click the Connect button next to Trackier.
Step 3 — Retrieve your Trackier Publisher API Key A side panel will open asking for your Publisher API Key.
To find your key, log into your Trackier dashboard and go to Integration → API in the left sidebar. Copy the API Key displayed on that page.
💡 Tip: Your API Key is a long alphanumeric string. Make sure you copy it in full — partial keys will not authenticate.
Step 4 — Paste the API Key and Submit Return to SuperProfile, paste your Publisher API Key into the field, and click Submit. SuperProfile will verify the key and establish the connection.
📌 Note: If the connection fails, double-check that your API Key is correct and that your Trackier account has active campaigns assigned to your publisher profile.
Once connected, Trackier Campaign Links will automatically appear as a selectable option when you add buttons inside your AutoDM automations.
Part 2: Promote Campaigns via AutoDM
Step 1 — Create or Edit an Automation
Go to AutoDM from the left sidebar and click + Create Automation.
A modal will appear asking when to trigger the automation. You can choose from any of the following triggers:
Trigger | When it fires |
Comments on your Post or Reel | User comments on any of your feed posts or Reels |
Sends you a DM | User sends a direct message to your Instagram account |
Replies to your Story | User replies to a Story you have published |
Comments on your Live | User comments while you are broadcasting live |
DMs your Post or Reel | User DMs you through the share button on a post or Reel |
Step 2 — Compose Your Message and Add a Button
After selecting your trigger and setting up your conditions, you will reach the message composer (Step 3 of 3). Write the DM message that will be sent automatically, then:
Click Add Button to insert an interactive button into your message.
Enter a label for the button (e.g. "Shop Now", "Grab the Deal"). 60-character limit.
Click the link field below the label — a dropdown will appear.
Scroll to or search for Trackier Campaign Links.
You will see all campaigns currently assigned to your Trackier publisher account, each showing the campaign name and commission type (e.g. CPS · INR 10).
Select the campaign you want to promote. The tracking link will be inserted automatically.
💡 Tip: You can add multiple buttons to a single DM — for example, one for a Trackier campaign and one for your own store. Each button can point to a different destination.
Step 3 — Review and Launch
Review the trigger, message, and button link to confirm everything looks correct.
Click Next to proceed to the final review screen.
Click Confirm & Launch to make the automation live.
📌 Note: Automations go live immediately. Test by triggering it yourself (e.g. commenting on your own post) before promoting it widely.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use the same Trackier campaign across multiple automations?
Yes. There's no restriction on reusing a campaign link across different automations — useful if you want to promote the same offer via both post comments and Story replies.
What if I don't see any campaigns in the dropdown?
This means your Trackier publisher account has no active campaigns assigned to it. Contact the brand or admin managing your Trackier account and ask them to assign campaigns to your profile. They will appear in SuperProfile automatically once assigned. Will Trackier attribution work correctly?
Yes. SuperProfile inserts your full Trackier tracking URL into the button. Any click or conversion from the AutoDM will be attributed to you in your Trackier dashboard under the relevant campaign. How do I disconnect Trackier?
Go to Account Settings → Integrations, find Trackier, and click Disconnect.
