High-Risk or Prohibited Products
Based on restrictions from our payment partners and our internal policies, certain product types are not allowed on SuperProfile due to a higher risk of fraud, chargebacks, or regulatory issues. Here are examples of prohibited or restricted items:
Jewellery (e.g., gold, silver, diamonds)
Pornographic content
Services delivered outside SuperProfile
Digital products without resale rights
Food, medical, skincare, or beauty products
Products involving animal cruelty
Gift cards of any kind
Physical goods without a clear order fulfilment mechanism
⚠️ Selling these may result in account suspension or denied payouts.
What Happens If You Violate the Guidelines?
Violating our guidelines is a breach of SuperProfile’s Terms of Service and may lead to content removal, account restrictions, or permanent suspension, depending on the nature and frequency of the violation.
Here’s how we typically handle violations:
First Violation:
The product will be removed
Your account remains active
Second Violation:
You will receive a 2-week notice
Remaining sales will be paid out
Your account will be permanently suspended
