How Your Customers Can Get an Invoice for Their Purchase

After a customer purchases SuperProfile, they can easily access and download an invoice for their records. Here’s how:

Step 1: Sign In to View Purchases

  1. Go to the SuperProfile website.

  2. Click on "Sign In" in the top right corner.

  3. Sign in using the email address or phone number used during the purchase.

  4. Complete the OTP verification.

Step 2: Access the “My Purchases” Section

  • Once signed in, click on the “My Purchases” tab.

  • You’ll see a list of all your past purchases.

  • Use filters or scroll to locate the transaction you need the invoice for.

Step 3: Download or Email the Invoice

  1. Click the arrow icon next to the relevant purchase to view details.

  2. Click the “Invoice” button.

  3. On the invoice screen, click “Send to Email” to have it delivered directly to your inbox.

    • You can also edit your email if needed before sending.

✅ Done!
