After purchasing a product on SuperProfile from a creator, customers can easily access their content anytime. Here’s how:
Step 1: Go to the Purchase or Creator Page
Visit the same page where the purchase was made, and click on the “Sign In” button at the top right. Alternatively, they can go to the creator’s store page and sign in from there.
Step 2: Sign In With Contact Details
Sign in using the email address or phone number used during the purchase.
Complete the OTP verification sent to the provided contact.
Note: This account also shows previous purchases and lets users manage their profile.
Step 3: Access the “Purchases” Tab
After signing in, click on the “Purchases” tab.
This section displays all past purchases, including access to content and transaction history.
