Overview
The Audience Tab is your central hub for managing all the people who interact with you through SuperProfile. Whether they sign up via AutoDMs, Lead Magnets, Digital Products, Events, Courses, or any other feature, every lead and customer automatically shows up here. This way, you don’t need to stitch data together manually. Your entire community is in one place.
Where to Find the Audience Tab
On your dashboard’s left-hand sidebar, look for Audience. Clicking this will open your full database of contacts, including segments and individual details.
Key Sections
1. Segments
What they are: Smart groups that automatically organize contacts by behavior or source.
Examples:
Why it matters: Segments help you identify patterns and target the right audience (like nudging abandoned carts or rewarding loyal buyers).
2. All Contacts
Why it matters: This is the master list you own (ideal for exports or syncing with integrations like Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or Zapier).
3. Search, Filters, Sort & Export
At the top of the Audience Tab:
Search Bar: Instantly find someone by name, email, or phone.
Filters: Narrow your view according to various different parameters.
Sort: Reorder based on time, activity, or campaigns.
Export: Download contacts through CSV file (will be emailed to you).
However, what you can Sort and Filter depends on which tab you are on.
On the Segments Tab:
You can Filter based on Segment type, Contacts, Campaigns, and Creation Date.
You can Sort based on Contacts, Campaigns, Last Updated, and Creation Date.
On the All Contacts Tab:
You can Filter based on Products purchased, Plan expiry, and Amount Spent.
You can Sort based on Name, and Creation Date.
4. Automatic Updates
All lists and segments refresh dynamically (represented by the little "Dynamic" tag next to all segments). For example, a new booking, course signup, or lead magnet entry immediately updates in your Audience Tab.
Why the Audience Tab Matters
Think of this tab as your built-in CRM for creators. It saves you from scattered spreadsheets and helps you:
Track drop-offs (abandoned carts, incomplete signups).
Spot new customers and nurture them.
Build stronger connections with followers.
Prepare data for campaigns, retargeting, or email flows.
