Overview of Email Integrations on SuperProfile
Email integrations connect SuperProfile with tools like Gmail, ConvertKit, and Mailchimp so you can automate follow-ups and keep your audience in sync.
Step 1: Go to Account Settings
From your dashboard, click on your profile name in the bottom left corner. Choose Account settings from the menu.
This is where you manage all your integrations, billing, and notifications.
Step 2: Open the Integrations Tab
Inside Account Settings, click Integrations.
Here you’ll see different categories of integrations:
Marketing integrations (Google, ConvertKit, Mailchimp, Zapier)
Affiliate integrations (like CJ Affiliate)
For the purpose of this article, we will be focusing only on Email Integrations (Gmail, ConvertKit, & Mailchimp).
Step 3: Choose Your Email Integration
Select the platform you use to send emails. Each works slightly differently:
Google (Gmail) – Send directly from your Gmail address, keeping communication personal and recognizable.
ConvertKit – Best for creators managing email sequences, forms, and audience tags.
Mailchimp – Good if you’re running larger campaigns and need analytics-heavy reporting.
Click Connect next to your chosen tool.
Step 4: Authenticate the Connection
For Gmail and Mailchimp, you’ll be redirected to a login page. Enter your credentials (or choose “Continue with Google”) and authorize SuperProfile to access your account.
For ConvertKit, you’ll need to enter your API key. Click the link provided in SuperProfile to go directly to the page where your key is located. Copy the key, paste it into the field, and click Submit to complete the connection.
Once connected, the button will change to View, confirming the link is active.
Step 5: Verify and Manage Integrations
Back in your Integrations tab, you’ll see your connected accounts listed with a View option. From here, you can:
Confirm the integration is active.
Disconnect if you no longer want to sync data.
Connecting your email tool to SuperProfile ensures that every new lead you capture can be nurtured automatically. Whether you prefer the simplicity of Gmail, the automation power of ConvertKit, or the campaign features of Mailchimp, integrations save you time and help you stay consistent with your audience.
Once you’re set up, test your connection by capturing a lead and confirming it flows into your chosen platform. From there, you can start sending welcome emails, launching sequences, or running full campaigns with confidence.
