Manage your connected Pages

Run more than one Facebook Page? You can connect several to AutoDM, switch between them when you build automations, and disconnect or reconnect any of them whenever you need. Applies to: Facebook Page (Messenger) automations · ~4 min read

Connect another Page

You’re not limited to a single Page. If you manage a few — say, one for your brand and one for a side project — you can connect each one and run separate automations on every Page.

Adding another Page works just like the first: from your AutoDM accounts, start a new Facebook Page / Messenger connection, log in with Facebook, pick the Page, and grant the permissions AutoDM asks for. The new Page then joins your existing ones under Messenger. (For the full walkthrough, see Connect your Facebook Page.)

Each connected Page appears under Messenger in your AutoDM accounts.

ℹ️ Remember the admin requirement

Every Page you connect needs you to be an admin of it, and each is connected through the Facebook account that manages it. If a Page doesn’t appear when you try to add it, you’re probably logged in with the wrong Facebook account, or you’re not an admin of that Page.

Switch between your Pages

When you have more than one Page connected, AutoDM gives you an account picker so you can choose which Page you’re working with. Switch to a Page to see its automations and metrics, or to create a new automation for it. Each Page’s automations are kept separate, so there’s no risk of mixing them up.

Use the account picker to switch the Page you’re managing.

Quick tip

Before you create a new automation, glance at the account picker to confirm the right Page is selected. That way your automation attaches to the Page you intend.

Disconnect a Page

If you no longer want AutoDM working with a Page, you can disconnect it. Open that Page in your AutoDM accounts and choose to disconnect it.

Disconnecting is available from the connected Page’s controls.

⚠️ Disconnecting stops that Page’s automations

When you disconnect a Page, every automation on that Page stops running — no more comment-to-DM, incoming-message replies, or referral-link sends for that Page. Your other connected Pages keep working normally. Only disconnect when you’re sure you want that Page’s automations to pause.

Reconnect a Page

Changed your mind, or your connection broke on its own? You can reconnect a Page at any time. Reconnecting uses the same Facebook login and permissions flow as the first connection — log in, pick the Page, allow the permissions — and your automations can run again.

Sometimes a connection breaks without you disconnecting it — for example, if you changed your Facebook password, removed AutoDM’s permissions, or the access simply expired. When that happens, the app shows a prompt or banner asking you to reconnect. (For that specific case, see Fix a broken Page connection.)

Frequently asked

If I disconnect a Page, do I lose my automations?

Disconnecting stops that Page’s automations from running. When you reconnect the same Page later, you can pick your automations back up — disconnecting is meant to pause, not to wipe everything out.

How do I know which Page an automation belongs to?

Each automation is tied to the Page that was active when you created it, and its row shows the Page name. Use the account picker to switch Pages and see each one’s automations on its own.

Is there a limit to how many Pages I can connect?

You can connect more than one Page and switch between them in the account picker. As long as you’re an admin of a Page, you can add it.
