How to Connect an Additional Facebook Page to SuperProfile

If you've already connected a Facebook account and one Page to SuperProfile, you can connect another Page (for example, to run AutoDM or Mozart automations on it) without starting over. Follow the steps below.

Before you start

  • Make sure you're an admin of the new Facebook Page you want to connect.

  • You'll be briefly redirected to Facebook to grant access — this is expected.

Steps

1. Open the "Connect a Facebook account" modal in SuperProfile Go to your Instagram/Facebook connections settings and select the option to connect a Facebook account. If you've already connected a Page before, you'll see it listed as a checkbox option.

2. Click "Add another Facebook Page" Since the new Page hasn't been granted access yet, it won't appear in the list. Click Add another Facebook Page to start the Facebook authorisation flow.

3. Confirm your Facebook account If Facebook prompts you with a Switching accounts screen, confirm the correct account and click Continue

4. Choose "Edit settings" — not "Reconnect". Facebook will ask: "Reconnect [Your Name] to SuperProfile?"

⚠️ Important: Clicking Reconnect here will only reuse your previous settings, which means only your old Page stays connected — the new Page won't be added. Instead, click Edit settings to update which Pages SuperProfile can access.

5. Select the Page(s) you want SuperProfile to access. On the "Choose the Pages you want SuperProfile to access" screen:

  • Choose "Opt in to current Pages only" (recommended, so future Pages aren't auto-added).

  • Check Select all, or individually check the new Page alongside your existing one, so both remain connected.

  • Click Continue.

6. Review and save the access request. Facebook will show a summary of permissions SuperProfile is requesting (Page insights, Messenger conversations, content management, etc.), confirming how many Pages are selected for each. Review this and click Save.

7. Return to SuperProfile and connect the new Page. You'll be redirected back to SuperProfile, where the new Page will now appear in the "Connect a Facebook account" modal. Check the box next to the new Page and click Connect.

Done

Your new Facebook Page is now connected to SuperProfile and ready to use with your automations.

Troubleshooting

  • New Page still doesn't show up? Double-check that you clicked Edit settings in step 4 rather than Reconnect, since Reconnect skips the Page selection screen entirely.

  • Connect button greyed out? Make sure you've checked the box next to the Page name before clicking Connect.
